This company declined reverse payment for these charges, stating that it is against their professional policy towards ensuring the safe delivery of the cheque to you. That if a reverse payment is made, and something goes wrong, that we/you cannot sue the delivery company or insurance company to recover the full value of the fund as stipulated in the cheque since payment for insurance cover was not made at point of mailing.With the above reason, reverse payment is ruled out.

Note that your prize is protected by a hardcover insurance policy, which makes it impossible to deduct any amount from the money before it has been remitted to you. This means that the above charges cannot be deducted from the prize and hence must be provided by you before your prize is transferred to you.

las supuestas “Loterias”       

Estimados Señores:Les escribo por que realmente no se a quien acudir, aquí en el Perú la ceguera no sólo es problema de la visión sino en todos los campos y actos de nuestra existencia y ésta, unida a la indiferencia, nos hace vulnerables; como pueden apreciar, he recibido unos correos los cuales adjunto, de Supuestas Loterías que me indican haber ganado la suma de 1'000,000.00 de Euros, la noticia me aturdió como un garrotazo pero con fajos de dinero y por curiosidad contesté uno de ellos y resulta que debo empozar dinero a una cuenta que no se de quien será y a quién beneficiará.

Me gustaría que esto llegase a la INTERPOL y al FBI, pero no se como hacerlo, por ello adjunto los mensajes recibidos para que por favor tengan a bien hacérselos llegar y dejen de engañar a tanta gente crédula e inocente, afectando los hogares de gente humilde, la pobreza no es sinónimo de estupidéz.
